Fresh pepper

Onions

Palm oil

Crayfish (big and small size crayfish)

Salt

Seasoning

Water

Wrapping Leaves (foil or plastic small bowls
with cover if the wrapping leaf is not available)
Preparation of
Corn Pudding
Step 1: Grate the corn. That is, remove the corn grain from the
cob. You can use a knife to get the corn out.

Step 3: Wash the wrapping leaves.
Step 4: Pour the blended corn, pepper, onion and small crayfish
into a bowl and stir. Add the big crayfish, salt, seasoning, palm oil and
little water and stir until you have an even mixture.

Step 5: Put the corn
in the leaf and wrap. Put the corn cob in the base of the cooking pot then put
the wrapped corn on the cob and cook for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
